By my early twenties, I was building multiple companies. Sitting across tables from CEOs who had led billion-dollar organizations. Often the youngest voice in the room.

Those rooms didn’t prepare me for success. They showed me how often women are expected to earn it without support.

I watched women be underestimated. Underfunded. Overextended. Valued for their potential, yet denied the resources required to fully step into it—personally and professionally.

So that’s when I stopped playing along.

I founded Mute to give women the impact needed to stand unmistakably apart. Mute. The Agency. builds iconic and epic female-founded brands. Mute Media shapes stories and amplifies disruptive voices. And The Curated Academy is the room I never had—a safe space created to support women’s personal and professional growth.

Our approach isn’t traditional. It’s deliberate. By bringing together bold ideas, lived experiences, and unapologetic ambition, we’re not just building brands or systems—we’re shaping a legacy. The kind that outlives trends and rewrites the rules for the women who come next.
