All purchases of Sprint & Scale are final and non-refundable.

Due to the immediate access to proprietary frameworks, consulting strategies, digital resources, and AI-assisted outputs, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be granted under any circumstances, except where required by applicable law.

Acknowledgment of No Refunds

By purchasing Sprint & Scale, you agree that:

  • All payments are final

  • You waive any right to refunds or chargebacks

  • You have reviewed all details prior to purchase

Delivery & Consumption

Upon purchase, you may receive immediate access to proprietary materials and services. As such, the product is considered fully delivered upon access.

Chargebacks & Disputes

You agree not to initiate disputes or chargebacks. If one occurs:

  • We will provide this policy as evidence

  • Access will be revoked

  • Further action may be taken if necessary
